Why haven't I received my full handwriting analysis report or certificate yet?

Please allow for international postal delays if you have sent a handwriting analysis by conventional mail. Quantum Enterprises is physically located in the UK, and mail can take anything up to 21 days to reach us from the US or elsewhere. We will endeavour to process and return your handwriting analysis report within 7 days of receiving it. Alternatively, there may have been a problem with your e-mail address. If a handwriting analysis is 'bounced' because the e-mail address submitted is wrong, we normally re-send to the 'return' address. However, this address sometimes does not work.
